This generally shrubby succulent is from eastern and southern Africa
as well as the Arabian peninsula.
Once used as a source of latex, it grows to a height and spread of
about 10 ft (3 m), its twiggy stems covered with tiny, deciduous
leaves.
The flowers are minute and insignificant.
Cultivation: Plant in sun or part-shade in moist, well-drained soil.
Propagate from cuttings , by division or from seed
